Venezuelan seasoned percussionist Luis ‘El Pana’ Tovar, and Venezuelan-Canadian singer-songwriter Arturo Marc have joined forces to create ‘’LUZ’’, an unforgettable live music experience that fuses Arturo’s unique blend of Venezuelan folk and Caribbean music, under the guidance of Luis‘ exceptional music production and percussion skills. ‘’LUZ’’ live experience aims to amplify the work done in Arturo’s debut EP ‘’LUZ’’ produced by Luis and expected to be release on Friday, October 20th, 2023. The ‘’LUZ’’ EP showcases their ability to seamlessly blend Venezuelan and Latin cultural influences into a harmonious musical journey.

With over two decades of professional experience, Luis ‘El Pana’ Tovar is a Venezuelan-born percussionist who has made his mark in the Western Canadian music landscape. Known for his outstanding percussion skills, dynamic energy and unique ability to infuse his Afro-Caribbean roots into any project, Luis brings an electrifying presence to live performances and recording sessions.
